We will provide a quality MC to do announcements at your reception. Please have your announcements written out and given to the DJ upon his arrival. The DJ will play family friendly music everyone will enjoy. He can play requested songs from you, provided you give us your requests in writing at least 3 weeks prior to the wedding date. Our lead DJ "DJ CRASH" has done many weddings and is ready to make your special day even better! |
How much will I have to pay?
While most DJ companies charge $1,000 and up for weddings, here at Blue Diamond we don't think you have to go broke just to get married. We charge a flat rate of $500 for the first 1 to 4 hours. After 4 hours it is billed at $100 per hour. We do up to a 6 hour reception, if needed. So you'll never pay less than $500 but never pay more than $700.
What does the DJ bring with him?
The DJ will bring the following items with him to the wedding:
1. Laptop with over 30,000 songs to dance to all night long.
2. A 950 watt PA system with 2 wireless microphones, 2 speakers with tripod stands.
3. A 6 foot long table with a black table cloth to set up the DJ equipment on.
4. Dance/Party lights if needed..
If it's an outdoor wedding will the DJ have a tent?
No we do not provide
cover for our equipment. As every wedding location differs we can not predict what type of cover will be needed in the case of an outdoor event. Cover must be provided by the wedding party in case of rain. If no rain is forecast for that day, the DJ will not be concerned with any special cover for the event. (we always check the weather before an event)
